Do you re-grout?
Yes. Only when, your cleaning chemicals break the grout down. Despite of re-grouting, we still seal the grout lines with our Caponi® sealer.
My shower is looking dirty, should we re-grout?
No. We only believe in our Caponi® grout sealer. We proudly offer a 5 year warranty that your grout will not stain nor peel. Re-grouting is not a permanent cure and you will get the same issue again within 6 months. Therefore, we do not perform the shower tile regrouting services. caponi>
My grout cracks, why?
There are lots of reasons behind this issue and the three most common reasons are:
a. There is an old grout, which is already started to harden with chunks.
b. Extra water was used while mixing the grout.
c. The presence of loose tiles.
My shower grout is low, would you re-grout?
No. We do not perform the shower tile regrouting service. We would repair it with Sentura instead of re-grouting. Sentura looks like grout and makes the affected area more structural and sound than grout.
We have grout issues in our restaurants’ kitchens. How will you restore?
We will mix the Caponi® colorant with Sentura to use on the area. We never use new grout in restaurant as it will fall apart within six months. Sentura is chemical resistant and prevents stains from taking place for a long time.
