Ceramic Tile and Grout Cleaning:
Cleaning ceramic tile with cheap cleaners is nothing short of a burden as it will not remove the deep stains and will also damage the floor, shower or countertop. Our restoration products are designed by pFOkUS®, which is the world’s leading tile cleaner and grout sealer manufacturing company. We clean and sanitize tile with Imperia – an incredibly manufactured penetrating cleaner. It seeps into the surface stripping all the deep stains, mold, mildew and existing sealers.
Cleaning Natural Stone Tile and Grout:
Natural stone tile – marble, travertine, slate and granite, is more beautiful than any other tile as it comes with astonishing color variations. But, all the natural stones need the correct care or maintenance, else they will get worse in a short order. Natural stone comes with pores that easily allow the passage of moisture or liquids, causing mold and stains. In showers, we eliminate the soap scum with Imperia and kill the mold with H2O2. However, we apply Imperia to natural stone floors and countertops to remove all the stains, mold and bacteria.
Not Just Cleaning Tile, Sealing the Grout:
Tile cleaning removes the stains, but it doesn’t prevent them from occurring again. Grout fills the spaces or voids between tiles and it will make the entire surface look bad if not sealed with high quality sealers. Grout is very porous that will retain all the liquids, even the mop water, which will often keep the surface dirty. We make grout waterproof with our pigmented titanium chemical resistant sealer – Caponi®. It coats grout while penetrating into the floor or walls. Caponi® has over 40 color options, which our enough to suit your project’s needs.
Sealing Natural Stone, After Cleaning:
Just like grout, natural stone is also very porous and will stain very fast if not protected with powerful products. Once natural stone has been cleaned, all its pores will open that will allow the passage of moisture very easily. We coat the natural stone in showers using Celine – a clear topical solvent based sealant. Celine soaks into the stone while creating a hydrophobic surface to prevent staining and etching issues. It also may add a refined sheen to the surface. On floors or countertops, we use Repela-Bond – an invisible clear resin water based sealer. Repela-Bond also makes the stone tile waterproof, but it leaves the surface with a natural look.
