Cleaning and Sanitizing the Surface:
Our patented tile cleaning process will not just remove the stains from your floor or walls, it will prep and sanitize the surface while releasing all the deep mold, mildew, bacteria and existing sealers. We never use acidic cleaners or cheap enamel products, eliminating damages only at the top of the surface while diminishing its value. Meet Imperia – our incredibly designed deep penetrating product, delivering that perfect cleanliness without damaging tile and grout.
Protecting Grout with Pigmented Titanium:
Almost all floors and walls have grout, filling the voids between tiles. Sometimes, simply cleaning tile is not enough to remove all the stains from grout, which is very porous. Our grout color sealing process will not just lock out the stains, it will also draw the masses with the perfect grout color. We will use Caponi® – a two part pigmented titanium solvent epoxy resin, soaking into grout while closing all its pores to prevent future staining. It has over 40 color options to choose from.
If you have installed natural stone – marble, slate and travertine, on the surface, we will waterproof it with our exquisite sealers, Repela-Bond and Celine. Repela-Bond – an invisible clear resin water based sealer, delivers a hydrophobic appearance to stone preventing the passage of moisture or liquids. Celine – a clear topical solvent based clear resin sealer, closes all the pores of stone while waterproofing it. It adds a slight sheen to natural stone tile. Unlike regular sealers, our products don’t create a thick layer on the surface.
