Sanitizing the Entire Shower:
Deep cleaning is the route to that perfect cleanliness for the stone. Cleaning the travertine with cheap cleaners, causes etching and staining issues. We use Imperia – a high alkaline cleaner, which cleans and sanitizes the shower while stripping all the stains, mold, etching, soils and any sealers present in the tile and grout.
Filling Corners with Sentura Instead of Caulk:
Handymen use caulk since it is cheap and easy to work with. But it poses significant performance problems in wet settings. Caulk loses its bond and cracks within months, allowing mold and mildew to take place. We eliminate caulking with Sentura – a solvent based pigmented resin, making the corners waterproof with its beautiful and sleek lines. Before we fuse it, we color match the product to the tile color to render a natural aspect on the surface.
Grout Sealing with Caponi®:
All the grout stains can be very tricky to remove since it is a cement based material that absorbs liquids, causing mold and stains. After cleaning the shower, we always lock out the grout stains with our incredible grout sealing process. We close all the pores using Caponi® – an exclusively designed grout sealer, which is formulated with a pigmented titanium resin. It soaks deep into the grout while closing its pores, retaining oil, dirt and other contaminates. Caponi® comes in over 40 color options that will easily suit your needs.
Travertine Tile Protection with Penetrating Sealer:
Just travertine cleaning cannot prevent the stone from staining since it also comes with all the pores that absorbs dirt, oil, water and moisture, staining the surface. It should be sealed after the cleaning process. We prevent the stone from absorbing contaminates by closing all its pores, with Repela-Bond and Celine. Repela-Bond is an invisible clear resin water based sealer, while Celine is a clear topical solvent based sealer. Both deliver a hydrophilic appearance to the stone. Repela-Bond leaves the stone tiles with a natural look, while Celine adds a slight sheen to the surface.
