Re-grouting. Temporary fix.
Caponi®. Permanent fix.
Instead of rectifying the issue permanently, re-grouting causes the same burden again within a few months. This is why we do not perform tile regrouting in Florida. Instead, we protect all the grout lines with Caponi® – a two part pigmented titanium resin, preventing the grout from staining and absorbing moisture for a long time.
Grout Sealing with Caponi®>
An incredible tactic uncurtained to replace
We only believe in offering a permanent cure and that’s why we don’t re-grout. Our artists seal the grout with Caponi® and fill all corners with Sentura. Available in more than 40 colors, both of these products waterproof the shower to keep it new and healthy for a long time. This is our style of imparting a stain free grout with a 5 year labor warranty.
Once we seal your grout with Caponi® and replace the caulk with Sentura, you will get rid of mold and stain issues for years in your shower. You will get a 5 year labor warranty on our shower restoration service with Valore.

We never re-grout, causing mold and stains to take place within months. We prevent the occurrence of mold, mildew and stains from the root by applying Caponi® sealer to the grout and replacing the caulk with Sentura. Questions about re-grouting?
Here are our answers.
Does D'Sapone® replace the grout?
Yes, but only when the grout is low. Even in case of re-grouting, we still use Caponi® sealer.
Should I re-grout my shower, if it is looking dirty?
No. We apply our Caponi® sealer from pFOkUS® to seal all the grout lines with a 5 year warranty. Re-grouting will not last more than 6 months. caponi>
My grout is cracking, what is the reason?
The three most common reasons are:
a. Your grout is old.
b. Extra water was used while mixing the grout.
c. The underlayment was not installed correctly or the presence of loose tiles.
My shower grout is missing, would you re-grout?
No. We would repair it with Sentura that looks like grout, but makes the area more structural and sound as compared to grout.
We have grout issues in our restaurants’ kitchens. What should we do?
We would mix Caponi® colorant into Sentura to use it on the affected areas. We never re-grout in restaurants as it falls apart in just six months. Sentura is chemical resistant and saves tile from coming loose.
Why should we hire D'Sapone®?
We have more than 7 years of experience in restoration industry. We have an exclusive deal with pFOkUS®, manufacturing high quality cleaners and sealers.
