Shower grout color sealing

Don’t agree with contractors.
They consider their own profit.

Most contractors use water based sealers, which are cheap and easy to apply. These sealers peel and wear off the grout in just a few months. We only believe in transcendent products. That’s why we apply our titanium made sealer, Caponi® from pFOkUS® to protect your grout from mold and stains for a lifetime. Learn more about Caponi®>

Rectifying issues permanently.

Re-grouting fixes the problem only for a short period of time and the same issue can be occurred again within months. Being porous, grout absorbs moisture that causes mold and stains in showers. Questions about color sealing?
Here are our answers.

A contractor had sealed my floor before 5 months, but now it is peeling. What is the reason?

Your contractor has applied water based sealer, which peels within six months. Most contractors use these sealers as they are cheap and easy to apply. We seal the grout with Caponi® – a 2 part pigmented titanium sealer. It is chemical resistant and will never peel.

I have noticed, D'Sapone® doesn’t seal ceramic tile, why?

We don’t seal ceramic tile as the seal will peel very soon.

How is travertine different from ceramic tile?

Ceramic tile is not a natural product, while travertine is a natural stone. Ceramic tile is relatively inexpensive and easy to produce.

Does D'Sapone® apply Caponi® to ceramic tile?

No. We use Caponi® to only seal the grout lines.

How is your Caponi® grout sealer different from water based sealer?

Caponi® penetrates deep beneath the grout lines to control the growth of mold and mildew from the root, while water based sealers don’t last more than 6 months.

Which product does D'Sapone® use to clean the tile and grout?

We clean the tile and grout with Imperia, soaking deep beneath the surface to remove mold and stains.

Why should we contact D'Sapone®?

Only we apply Caponi® to seal the grout as well as we proudly offer a 5 year warranty.
