Enjoy a caulk free
The issues of caulk, peeling within months and causes the occurrence of mold and stains, have now gone. Our Sarasota artists replace the caulk with Sentura – a two part pigmented flexible epoxy/resin.

Sealing the grout between travertine tiles.
Once your grout is cleaned, it will stain again in a short order if it’s not sealed. Our healthy shower service always includes a grout sealing process with a pigmented titanium sealer – Caponi®. It is a chemical resistant sealer, which never peels or wears off the mortar.

Sealing the travertine,
after grout is sealed.
Our travertine shower restoration in Sarasota and Tampa is incomplete without a stone sealing procedure. After we seal the grout, we apply a natural look stone sealer – Repela-Bond to the travertine. It waterproofs the entire shower while soaking deep into the stone and prevents stains and the growth of mold. Repela-Bond doesn’t change the appearance of the stone. Experience a caulk, mold and stain free travertine shower everyday.

Sealing travertine. Creating a hydrophobic surface.
Celine – a natural look clear topical solvent based sealer doesn’t only seal the travertine, but also creates a hydrophobic surface while adding a refined elegance. It closes all the holes of the stone preventing it from retaining liquids, causing mold and stains.

Efflorescence. A burden
in travertine showers.
Efflorescence is caused by the migration of soluble salts. It occurs over the drain and grows throughout the entire shower. It also breaks the grout and travertine tile. Not only do we remove the efflorescence, but also prevent its growth for a lifetime with powerful products.
Travertine holes restoration.
Most contractors repair the travertine holes with cheap products, offering a temporary cure with an unpleasant look. Our Sarasota artists fill the holes with Sentura – a two part pigmented solvent resin. First, they color match the product to the stone.
