Caulk issues- peeling within months, causing the birth of mold and mildew. We have learnt our lesson 5 years ago and eliminated shower caulking with Sentura – a two part pigmented flexible solvent epoxy/resin. It waterproofs all the corners preventing mold and stains.

No matter how clean your marble is, if the grout is stained, it will ruin the entire surface. We lock out all the stains permanently with a two part pigmented titanium sealer. It is available in more than 40 color options delivering that lush natural look for the surface.

A clear invisible sealer.
After we seal the grout, we use Repela-Bond – a clear invisible water based sealer to the marble. It goes deep into the stone bringing the surface to a hydrophilic level. We eliminate mold and stain issues permanently with the strongest stone sealer – Celine. It is a natural look solvent based sealant, soaking deep into the marble while adding a refined elegance. It waterproofs the entire surface preventing it from allowing the passage of moisture.

The migration of soluble salts, which originate from masonry, gives birth to efflorescence that affects the entire shower. We scrape all the bulk efflorescence, and then apply the most powerful chemical –Zido, to the surface. It removes efflorescence at the root. We prevent its growth for a lifetime with Celine.

Grout cracking issue is a burden that gets worse within months. We repair all the cracked grout with Sentura, which is designed with a 1200psi adhesion and is available in over 40 different colors. These qualities are undoubtedly enough to rectify the grout cracking issue for a long time with a natural look.
