Why does my ‘Healthy Protection Warranty’ come with, Valore?
Great question. We wanted to offer a 5 year warranty with our Caponi® color seal process, but there was always that customers, who never wanted to clean their showers. Now with Valore, the shower will stay clean with little to no cleaning. Now we can offer our Healthy Protection warranty to all customers.
Can we use other cleaners?
Yes. Caponi® is a chemical resistant sealer that cannot be damaged by any cleaner. If you want a warranty, then we would suggest you to use Valore – a maintenance cleaner and sealer, extending your warranty from 1 year to 5 years.
Will Valore make my surface slippery?
No. If you spray Valore on your tile and let it dry, you will not feel the sealer. Valore will release bar soap in the shower area and the soap could make the surface slippery, but once rinsed it will be fine. Floors will never be.
Our Healthy Floor Protection, came with a deep cleaner, when should we use?
After restoring your floor, we will give you one bottle of Imperia – a deep cleaner, and one bottle of Valore – a maintenance cleaner and sealer. On shower restoration, we will give you two bottles of Valore and you can use it once every 3 months with a 5 year warranty.
