Grout is very porous that stains very fast, even after it has been cleaned. We apply a pigmented titanium sealer – Caponi® to the grout protecting it from stains and mold for a lifetime with a lush natural look. We offer a 5 year labor warranty on our grout restoration service.

Slate cleaning doesn’t eliminate the future staining issue. After we clean the slate and seal the grout, we seal the stone with Repela-Bond – a clear invisible sealer. It delivers a hydrophobic appearance to the surface by penetrating deep into the slate.

Slate is the most porous natural stone, absorbing moisture that causes mold and mildew to grow. We refined our sealer eliminating this issue for a lifetime. Sealing the slate with Celine, a clear topical solvent based sealer, not only waterproofs the shower, but also adds a slight sheen that will astonish you at a glance.

Efflorescence is a white hard substance, clogging the drain and then, grows throughout the entire shower. We use a powerful chemical getting rid of this issue for a lifetime. It eliminates efflorescence at the root. After we remove the efflorescence, we apply Celine to the tile and grout preventing its growth.
