Protecting Marble Grout with Pigmented Titanium:
Cleaning is a first step that just removes stains from the marble floor, but it doesn’t prevent the surface from staining. Grout comes with pores, which will open once we clean the floor and will allow the passage of liquids, staining the surface. Only the correct sealer can eliminate this issue permanently. Other contractors perform grout sealing with water based sealers, peeling and cause stains within months. Our artists seal the grout lines using Caponi® – a two part pigmented titanium epoxy/resin sealer, making it waterproof & stops the floor from absorbing liquids, causing stains and mold. Caponi® is available in more than 40 different colors, which are enough to suit your project’s needs.
Sealing Marble with Natural Look Sealers:
Marble also needs to be sealed after it has been cleaned since the stone is very porous that will look worse if not protected with the correct products. We have two incredible marble sealers, Repela-Bond and Celine. Repela-Bond – an invisible clear resin water based sealer, delivers a bold hydrophobic floor while penetrating deep into the surface preventing the occurrence of stains. It leaves the marble floor with a lush natural look. Celine – a clear topical solvent based resin sealer, is the most powerful stone sealer in the world. It closes all the marble pores while soaking deep and leaves it with a refined beauty.
