After cleaning. Start sealing.
Maintaining travertine tile showers and floors can be a job in itself, if the stone is not sealed properly. We use pFOkUS® high quality cleaners and sealers to travertine countertops, showers and floors. Sealing the travertine with solvent sealer from pFOkUS® will help prevent the stone from etching, staining and absorbing moisture, causing mold and mildew in your shower.

After cleaning travertine,
some stains maybe present.
All travertine tiled showers and floors have grout, which stains very fast. If your grout is already sealed, it will stain again as your contractor has applied a water based sealer that cannot last more than 6 months. We seal grout with Caponi® – a titanium epoxy/resin solvent color sealer, for complete color uniformity.
What matters? After care touches.
Travertine is a very porous stone and after we seal it, you can keep it clean for a long time with little effort. Simply use Valore – cleaner designed to maintain the sealers we use with a 5 year warranty. Saving the environment is key to our maintenance plan with a green product.
